Step 1

To create the Tie Dye, first, you need to move the mouse to the toolbox and then click the Edit command.

Soon, it will display the Materials dialog box and you need to click the Complex fx. Next, you have to choose the Tie Dye object and finally, click the Ok button.

Now, you can see that the Tie Dye has appeared on your screen.
